4 Muscle Building Tips for Men Over 40


Good morning, Gladiator and happy Friday.

I just finished a business call with my partner for
Dad STRONG.

When he asked me "Who is reading your emails and
what do they want", I think back to all the emails
I receive every day.

99.9% are Men over age 35 and some of you are
in your 60s, still going STRONG. I love to see that.

I am closer to age 50 and have been writing an almost daily
email about Strength Training for over 20 years now.

From the heart and soul unlike today's fads and gimmicks
that are cut and paste BS!

I Live and Bleed this stuff!

The other .001% are women who love the message and
that fires me up!

We are not chasing the 6 pack. We want to be strong and
muscular looking, like the Bronze era before steroids
were the norm and food was actually healthy.

Ohhhhh, to have a time machine!

We want to feel and look STRONG.

We want to have a physique that is reminiscent of the
bronze and silver era of bodybuilding.

Those men were strong and muscular. They were healthy
in mind and body.

I was born in 1975 and to see what these men accomplished
with free weights is awe-inspiring!
