Back in the 40s, YES, the 1940s (This was more like the Bronze Era), They lifted in every imaginable site: church basements, health fairs, Rotary Clubs, Lion’s Clubs, Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis, Masonic Lodges, VFWs, lots of high schools, and every summer we lifted in front of a huge crowd at the York Fair. Back then, people were hungry for information and more so, You got information through the TV if you owned one, radio stations, Talk about getting psyched up as you knew for days and even weeks As a kid, you likely started doing push ups and lifting cinder blocks Maybe the 110 lb standard barbell set. What about the men? The Dads? Did they strength train? Only the rare few? Back then, men worked with their hands. I have lost that skill since I am so busy working in our modern Think of simpler times in life, and, simpler times in strength training. Full Body Workouts. 2 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps. Simple Foods and no "diets" - just eat less and do more, the sh-t that Raw Milk. Raw Honey. Fresh Bread. None of this "gluten free" or whatever other BS "food" That is Dad STRONG - simple training yet extremely effective. Teens can train with their Dads using our program. Or..... Keep scrolling through tiktok and flakebook. Keep wasting time. Or.... Start making sh-t happe. Get a dumbbell or kettlebell. Barbell would be great but not an absolute.
