I just crushed a great podcast with my buddy,
and am a bit delayed to get you this email.

This was a great podcast as I was a guest on a big
podcast, you will love it.

This week, I will record a few shorter episodes and want
to cater them to YOU.

Reply and give me ONE question - preferably a topic I have
not covered many times before.

I got my training in this morning and looking forward
to crushing it with all the men inside The STRONG Man Club.

I love that now we have an option for men to go between
programs depending on your schedule and goals.

Busy Men get into Dad STRONG.

Got more time, more equipment, want more BEAST style
training, get into Gladiator STRONG.

Blend them ALL together.

Also, The Underground Strength Academy has finally closed
after almost 22 years running.

What will I do with ALL the content?

Not sure yet.....

I don't have my own app and they usually cost quite a pretty penny.

An app developer told me he doesn't build apps for anyone
unless they have a massive following, I think it was at least
500,000 people on social.

To be determined.

Until then, it's ALL in with The STRONG Man Club and my
certifications for Coaches.
