Or, do something TOUGH. The Week must be kicked off with effort and sweat. Back in 2009, I recall taking a "sick day" from teaching when my buddy Joe Kenn reached out to bring his staff to trainat The Underground. Louisville was in town for a Football game vs Rutgers and The Underground was 10 minutes away. We had a great day and it was amazing to have a high level D1 staff to not only train, but to LEARN. "House Rules" was that his staff must train with the Coach. There was no option to "Do our own program". Why? How do you learn if you refuse to try something new?...
